This is a 47 year old female with neck pain for multiple years. She experienced some occasional hand numbness and shooting pain. Workup revealed multilevel degeneration and stenosis of her neck. She failed physical therapy and finally underwent a three level ACDF (Anterior Cervical Decompression with Fusion). Her symptoms resolved over two days and she is now quite happy and doing very well. Her incision was only 2 inches long.
